It is so easy to feel weighed down. Stress is such a huge factor in the weight of our consciousness. Life today has become a sprint as oppose to a marathon. Everyone wants everything now! In efforts to calm our anxiety, fear and anger, we must be intentional and deliberate. We must guard our hearts and purposefully place positive and productive people, places and things in our path! We highly recommend re-prioritizing our lives, slowing down and joining our self help group for Anger Management. This prevents further social, financial and even legal issues.

I'm weighed down, so Dallas had 2 bad weather days, days I didn't get to walk, so I were out late getting steps today and my goal for this month was 400,000 steps; I am at 384,193 right now, so tomorrow I owe the rest to stay on target, I hate to fail... I normally walk around 15-20 thousand steps per day, maximum number; 30,000 in a day before... Aims to do the unexpected... #VICTORY with only 15,807 steps a remaining...
Learning that we have to be careful how we power our gifts, those little things we need to relax in our gifts when the gift/(s) becomes overly used...
An overused gift can become a treatment later...

Ok, and so today were a trying day, I slightly didn't feel as good as I sometimes do, I felt fatigue; fatigue is a common symptom of a weakened thyroid, personal problems aren't usually something that I would show, taught to push right through them. Today! So I got asked to perform a job that I once did before, asked by another member from another team to perform the duties of an Americorps Van passenger for a mobile food pantry temporary assignment. I would love to be a van passenger again seeing that this will be my last state term. I did a ton of outreach and family recruiting to get them all active in our spring and the…
