Service Description

Lankford Avenue offers a Supportive Outpatient Program to clients referred by the Criminal Justice System and Child Protective Service. However, all are welcome. Our Supportive Outpatient Program (SOP) is designed to incorporate individual counseling and group counseling to support and sustain successful recovery from drugs and alcohol. Individuals in SOP generally have a basic understanding of the addiction and the recovery process and receive counseling twice a week to prevent relapse. SOP entails a minimum of two hours of group per week along with 1 hour of individual or family counseling per month. Duration of treatment can be from one to six months with treatment plan justification. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cost: $50 Registration Fee $50 per week, 24 weeks, twice per week $30 Class exit fee -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Payment Options: (Pay via Cash App at $drkeishalankford or Zelle using 214-563-1995) • Pay Weekly: $50 • Must pay $30 class Exit fee to receive Completion Certificate. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RULES - Must be on time. - Client will pay $50 Registration fee when registering for class. - Clients are allowed 2 absences whether it be excused or unexcused, must pay for all absences. You will be discharged from class if you miss more than 2 classes. Client will pay fee required for make-up classes.
